Meet Courtney Dines

Owner of Rose Golde Beauty located in Southeast Idaho, Courtney specializes in Elevated Color, Hair Extensions, and Studio Systems and Processes. With over a decade in the industry and equally as much time working with Color and Extensions her philosophy is simple: education + experience = elevated guest services. 

She blends creative + technical skills behind the chair and is passionate about systems and processes inside of business and marketing. Known for her outgoing, patient, and detail-oriented teaching style, Courtney creates an environment where you’re encouraged to ask the question, “why?”

She’s worked in every type of salon structure, built a thriving clientele in multiple cities, and educates stylists nationwide on how to grow their business, change their mindset, and increase their revenue. As a National Educator for Natural Beaded Rows since 2019, Courtney’s greatest passion is passing on her knowledge to fellow stylists who are eager to grow, learn, and elevate their careers.
