You want to write a Generals tent sheet for every day that you collect money

At the end of every week do a final Generals Tent with all of the weeks numbers

At the end of the month, take all 4 of your Weekly GT, and do a FINAL Monthly GT

**Daily Four:** How many of the Daily Four did you do today? 1-4

**Power practice:** Did you practice NBR today? YES=1, NO= 0

**Leads:** How many people contacted you TODAY inquiring about NBR

**Applications:** How many applications did you get today?

**Consultations:** How many consultations did you do today?

**Deposits:** How many deposits did you collect today?

**Deposit cash:** How much money in deposits did you collect today?

**NBR Clients:** How many NBR CLIENTS did you service today?

**NBR Cash:** How much did you charge those clients TODAY?

**NBR Tips:** How much did those NBR clients tip you?

**NBR Hours worked:** How many hours did it take you to do those NBR clients?

**NBR Total Cash:** What is the total amount of money brought in by NBR clients today? This includes deposits, NBR cash, and NBR tips

**NBR Dollars Per Day:** Divide the NBR total cash by days worked (this will be done once a week & month)

**NBR Dollars Per Client:** Divide the Total NBR Cash by total # of NBR clients (this is to be done at the end of every day, week, and month)

**NBR Dollars Per Hour:** Divide the Total NBR Cash by the total amount of hours worked on the NBR clients. (This will be done at the end of every day, week, and month)

**Non-NBR Clients:** How many NON-NBR CLIENTS did you service today?

**Non-NBR Cash:** How much did you charge those clients TODAY?

**Non-NBR Tips:** How much did those NON-NBR clients tip you?

**Non-NBR Hours worked:** How many hours did it take you to do those NON-NBR clients?

**Non-NBR Total Cash:** What is the total amount of money brought in by NON-NBR clients today? This includes service cash and tips
