Describe the current situation?

 

I own A booth rental salon with a business partner. We have been at odds Lately with the direction of the salon. My business partner works on average one day a week and is in A relationship where his partner carries the financial burden. I work four days a week and carry a lot of the salon responsibility as far as cleaning and making sure everything is running smoothly. We have two renters that are extremely unprofessional and a nuisance to myself and my clients. I wanted to terminate their contract and my partner does not want to due to the fact he doesn’t want to pay extra rent. I am considering opening up another location by myself so I can conduct business how I feel it should be ran and try to attract higher paying clients. The issue I am having is we just signed a three-year lease in November and I am nervous to have to carry the burden of two places if I lose the renters at the location I am at now, but I know in order to attract high-end clientele I need a professional environment.

I also have been trying to find renters to replace the unprofessional ones but I am not having the best of luck any tips on attracting booth renters would be amazing and much appreciated
