If you are only drinking one Starbucks drink a day, and then binging when you get home is your body running at the best level?
Are you able to do your best work when you are hungry, or have had too much caffeine? No.
Everyday you need to think about what your body needs to function best, and what is lacking inside of your current structure
That might be:
- Meal prepping
- Cutting out alcohol
- Cutting our sweets
Or something as simple as drinking more water SMALL things have a huge impact on our body
If you want to be able to continue working behind the chair WITHOUT your body falling apart, then you need to take care of it
