These Educators have invaluable knowledge of NBR® and BMS®, and they understand the application and use it to its fullest potential.

As past students of NBR® Education, they have seen firsthand how the tools of NBR® and BMS® have changed their lives and careers.

Their expertise and experience within the industry allow them to guide the students of NBR® looking to learn and grow in the industry and their personal lives.

Danielle K. White | Lead Educator & CEO

Danielle has been in the hair industry for many years and has always been passionate about finding the best methods for extensions, especially for clients with fine, thin hair. Through trial and error, she developed the Natural Beaded Rows® (NBR®) Method which has proven to be effective for a wide range of clients.

In addition to finding a solution for her clients, Danielle also had a desire to help other hairstylists break the mold and achieve success in their careers. She began offering shadowing opportunities to learn the NBR® Method in her salon and as demand grew, she created the Business, Marketing, and Sales (BMS®) education to provide a comprehensive path for hairstylists to turn their license into a successful business.

As NBR® Education and its curriculum continue to evolve, Danielle and her team are committed to providing ongoing education and opportunities for growth for their Artists. The DKW® Styling Academy was created to provide a proven path for hairstylists to achieve success and make the money they deserve, through hard work, determination, and continuous learning.

Garrett J. White | NBR® Educator

Garrett is a renowned entrepreneur, business coach, and motivational speaker. He is the founder and CEO of WARRIOR®, a company that helps entrepreneurs and business leaders achieve freedom through business coaching, mentoring, and wealth-building strategies.
Garrett's true passion is helping others achieve success in their businesses. This led him to start WARRIOR®, where he has helped thousands of entrepreneurs and business leaders to achieve their financial goals. With a unique blend of business acumen, motivational speaking, and coaching, Garrett teaches entrepreneurs to unlock their businesses' full potential and provides them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Garrett is a dynamic and engaging speaker known for his ability to connect with audiences and inspire them to take action. He has spoken at conferences, seminars, and events, sharing his insights and expertise with audiences of all sizes.
Garrett is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals, and his mission is to empower individuals to create the life they desire and to live on their terms.

Allie Scott | NBR® Educator

NBR® Educator Allie Scott has had a passion for hair since she was five years old, experimenting with friends, family, and anyone willing to let her work on their hair.
She attended hair school to learn various techniques and extension methods to provide her clients with the best solutions for their hair types.

In 2018, she attended her first NBR® Intensive, where she fell in love with the idea that she has the power to change her own life.

Allie opened her salon, ASH, in 2019 and has a team of empowered Artists, of which are 5 Licensed NBR® Artists!

Allie is highly skilled in blonding and is known for her beautiful and natural-looking ISLA® blending patterns.

Allie loves spending time with her family outside the salon and creating long-lasting memories.

Amanda Kelly | NBR® Educator

NBR® Educator Amanda Kelly has been doing NBR® since 2014!
Amanda loves creating seamless blends & being able to give clients that big transformation. Her favorite part of the whole process... Seeing her client's faces when they look in the mirror for the first time.

Outside of work, you can catch Coach Amanda spending time with her three kids & husband. You'll either see Amanda golfing or in Cabo.

Before NBR®, Amanda was working several hours behind the chair, trying to balance her life as a mom & wife. She wanted to prove to her husband & her family that she was more than just a hairdresser. BOY, did she prove them all wrong?

If you can watch Amanda style, we highly recommend making sure you're front & center!

Carlos Alvarez | NBR® Educator

Carlos has been offering NBR® since 2017 and has specialized in extensions for 14 years.
He discovered NBR® through Coach Amanda Kelly and has since found a renewed passion for his business, personal relationships, and overall balance in life.
Carlos can often be found relaxing at Saks while trying on shoes and sipping champagne.
He values the importance of community and encourages others to seek support in their personal and professional journeys.
He states, "It is time to let go of self-victimization and strive for the life we deserve. I am here to support and guide you in your journey."

cARLOS aLVAREZ

Courtney Dines | NBR® Educator

Coach Courtney Dines has been a part of the NBR® community since 2018 when she attended BMSCON3. She was later asked to join the Education Team and has enjoyed working to improve the industry ever since.
In 2021, she accepted a role at NBR® HQ and joined the team at DKW® Styling Salon as an Artist.
She enjoys creating personalized looks for her clients that align with their style and aesthetic and is skilled in creating dimensional blondes and high-contrast brunettes.
Courtney's approach to styling is balanced between her technical skills and her artistic side, which allows her to create seamless blends and strong silhouettes.
Outside work, she enjoys spending time in nature with minimal cell phone service. You'll likely find Courtney trekking up a trail with her husband on the weekends!
Coach Courtney wants to remind others that growth can be scary and uncomfortable, but it's about pushing through and facing fears.

cOURTNEY dINES

Jacqui Veta | NBR® Educator

NBR® Educator Jacqui Veta works at DKW® Styling Salon as a full-time Artist and is also a Coach inside of NBR® Education.

Jacqui spent most of her 20's touring the world playing bass in an all-girl PUNK band.

Something she loves doing outside of work is cooking & baking; she's known to make her birthday cake every year, and not just any cake; these slices of heaven take her up to three days to finish!

She also loves traveling. Her top travel destination … TURKEY!

Jacqui loves spending time with her three precious cats, trying to learn the language of her next travel destination, and is waiting to bring her baby boy Earthside at the beginning of February.

Jacqui has been doing hair since 2002. What drew her into the industry was the science & art of color transformations. Not to mention, if she did hair, she could pursue her other dreams of traveling and music.

What convinced her to go all in with NBR® was seeing the growth her clients were experiencing with their hair. Every single client she had came in each time with stronger, longer, healthier hair.

She's always wanted to help students change their lives like hers was changed. When a student has an A-HA moment- THAT is what she lives for!

She is the MOST excited about being able to share more of her creative side & passions with students!

Jacqui Veta

Julia Ward | NBR® Educator

NBR® Educator Julia Ward is an experienced stylist who creates natural blonde and light-colored looks that combine glamour and bohemian styles.

She is an avid fan of gangster rap and enjoys singing along to her favorite songs. Coach Julia also has a keen interest in fashion and is known for her impeccable style, including her impressive collection of designer shoes.

Coach Julia has been practicing NBR® for four years. After co-owning a salon with her best friend, she decided to take a leap of faith and open her salon, MUSE, located in Olympia, WA, and is currently opening a second location in Gilbert, AZ!

Her advice to students is to fully commit to the program and put in the work to be successful.

Julia Ward

Kiki Tobar | NBR® Educator

NBR® Educator Kiki Tobar is the owner of a high-end salon in West Hollywood, CA, named after her daughter, Kashmir.

Her focus is on creating classic, natural-looking hair that stands out as the most beautiful her clients have ever had.

Kiki has extensive experience in education, including working on the TIGI Education Team and is known for her exceptional head sheet mapping skills.

In addition to her passion for hair, Kiki is also an avid fan of hardcore music, metal, screamo, dubstep, and anything that gets her head-banging in the mosh pit.

Before opening her salon, Kiki was based in Utah and struggled to make a new life for her family. She found NBR® and built her business in a commission salon, working hard to afford fertility treatments.

After four years of trying, she became pregnant with a baby girl naturally and, in 2020, was blessed with her miracle baby Kashmir.

She found her dream salon space in West Hollywood and completed the renovation the same month as her due date! Baby Kashmir was born in April 2021, and Kashmir Extensions opened three weeks later.

Coach Kiki's advice to students is to trust the process, be honest with yourself, and take full accountability for your actions to dictate your future self.

Kiki Tobar

Krystal Coit | NBR® Educator

Krystal Coit is an NBR® Educator, DKW® Styling Salon's manager, and the ISLA® brand manager. As mother hen to the Salon and NBR® Education Teams, she is a natural leader and empowers every team member to be their best.

Outside work, Krystal enjoys weekend trips with her family to the aquarium, zoo, and Dana Point Harbor. She recently welcomed a baby girl on January 21st her family and is now a mom of two or three, if you count her husband.

Krystal's dedication and commitment to education and professional development, as well as her ability to multitask, have helped her to become a well-rounded and respected professional in the beauty industry. Her training and mentoring have helped many stylists succeed in their careers, and her leadership skills have helped to make DKW® Styling Salon and the ISLA® brand successful.

Krystal Coit

Luz Swan | NBR® Educator

NBR® Educator Luz Swan has been a part of the team since 2018.

She is the co-owner of a salon where she has grown from 3 to 23 chairs since 2009.

She found NBR® and BMS® education out of desperation and exhaustion and knew she wanted to train for the company after attending BMSCON3.

In addition to her salon, Luz has opened a second location with 7 NBR® Artists and plans to have more in the future!

Luz is passionate about her spirituality outside the salon and enjoys DIY projects.

Luz specializes in natural transformations and clients struggling with hair loss.

She also learned English at 10, and Madonna's greatest hits played a role in her learning.

Luz advises new students of DKW® Styling Academy to trust the process, do the work, and always refer back to their reason for starting. Remember why you started and keep your eye on the prize.

Luz Swan

Sarah Stephenson | NBR® Educator

NBR® Educator Sarah Stephenson is an experienced stylist specializing in customizable NBR® transformations at Hair Candy Salon in Delta, Utah.

She has been practicing NBR® since 2018 and joined the Education Team in 2020.

Coach Sarah is passionate about the ability to customize NBR® transformations and is particularly skilled in working with short to long and one-row to three-row extensions.

She initially decided to pursue a career in cosmetology to avoid going to college, but she soon discovered that it was a perfect fit for her personality. Despite her seemingly outgoing nature and storytelling abilities, Coach Sarah is naturally introverted and enjoys reading books.

Coach Sarah joined the NBR® Training Team as the primary coach for feedback in February 2021 and enjoys helping others elevate their skillset.

Her advice to students is to remember their why, especially in the hardest and darkest times, and to rise above their fears.
