Welcome to your assignment in BMS® 100, Daily Four! These practical assessments ensure you’ve captured all the essential information before diving deeper into BMS® in the next Phase.

You may pass all the submissions in this assignment in one try, or you may need to re-do the assignment. Either way, the feedback you receive from your coaches is like gold and helps you grow your business!

HOW TO SUBMIT:

• Inside the appropriate question, click “Choose File”
• After you’ve selected the photo and you see the file name in the submission field, click the Upload button. *You may not initially see the upload button if you upload on a mobile device. You’ll need to scroll to the right of your screen within the grey file upload box.. 
• WAIT for the Success message. *Failing to wait for the Success Message can result in your assignment not being uploaded correctly. 
• Continue to the next submission.
• After completing all the questions, click “Finish Assessment” at the bottom of this page. *Although you could re-submit this assignment, it would move you to the END of the grading queue.

• A new client who visited your salon this week (or last week if you don’t have a new client this week)
• Thank them for coming to your salon
• Tell them to let you know if they have any questions about styling or products!

VIDEO

Doing a LIVE Video on Instagram or Business Facebook page

TURN-IN: The link to the LIVE video you posted on your IG or FB feed making sure you close with your call to action.

• The topic will be the new journey you are on with NBR®! Why you decided to learn NBR®,  why you chose NBR®, and what you’re most excited about 
• Must be a LIVE video
• YOU must be speaking to your audience 
• It must be ONE minute long
• It must be saved to your IG or FB Feed

PICTURE

Post a Picture on Instagram or Business Facebook page

TURN-IN: The link to a photo you posted on your IG or FB feed with the call to action.

• The photo must be about hair.
• The client in the photo does NOT need to be wearing NBR®.
• The caption will be about how you are beginning your NBR® journey, what you love about it, and why it’s important to provide NBR® in your salon.
• The caption CAN double as your text post assignment (ONLY here in Phase One)

TEXT

Posting a Text post on Instagram or Business Facebook page

TURN IN: The link to a text you posted on your IG or FB feed with a call to action.

• The text post can be under the photo you use for your photo assignment.
• That is only allowed for this ONE assignment here in Phase 1
• The text post will answer these questions:
  • Why did you choose to learn NBR®? (Tell them how you are beginning your NBR® journey!)
  • What do you love about NBR® and your NBR® journey?
  • Why is it important to you to provide NBR® in your salon?
